Use of X-MS-Exchange-Organization-OriginalEnvelopeRecipients against "To", "Recipient"

I want to understand the use of X-MS-Exchange-Organization-OriginalEnvelopeRecipients in O365 emails. How is it different from the normal "To" or "Recipient" headers ? Can they be different ?

This header identifies the original recipient of the email message.
This information is primarily used for mail tracking and security checking purposes.

If you check the message headers directly:

If you want to open an email message and check the message headers instead of viewing the message content,
select the email and look for an entry that usually says "Message Details" or "Message Source".
Clicking on this will display the full headers of the email.
Here you can find the "X-MS-Exchange-Organization-OriginalEnvelopeRecipients" header.
