Free busy sharing

Please i need your help on this issue.

 

We are having an issue with free busy sharing between the email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons tenants.

 

One of the user john is unable to see free busy information for email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons, despite using both the new Outlook desktop client and outlook.microsoft.com.

 

However, another user, Peter is able to see the free busy information successfully.

 

John could successfully see free busy on email address removed for privacy reasons and email address removed for privacy reasons early last week.  It stopped working for him last Thursday. 

 

We didn't make any changes to the tenant to tenant free busy sharing.
