Issue with Free Busy.

Please i need your help on this issue.

 

We are having an issue with free busy sharing between the ABCsideHealth .com and ABCmar- health.com

 

One of our user Rachel@ABCsideHealth .com is unable to see free busy information for email address removed for privacy reasons and cashABC@mar -health.com.

 

Rachel@ABCsideHealth .com is using the new Outlook desktop client and has also tried outlook.microsoft.com with the same results.

 

Another user Ferg from ABCsideHealth .com can successfully see free busy information for the same recipients.

 

But today the reverse is successful cashABC@mar -health.com can see Rachel@ABCsideHealth .com free busy.

We tried the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

We are in separate O365 tenants.

  1. Rachel@ABCsideHealth .com is an on prem AD user account synced up to Azure through AD Connect.

cashABC@mar -health.com is an on prem AD user account synced up to Azure through AD Connect.

 

  1. ABCsideHealth .com and ABCmar- health.com have no hybrid exchange setups.  

 

  1. The free busy lookup is failing on Rachel's new Outlook desktop client and Outlook Web
