Content index not working in exchange server

Hi,

  The index is not working in the exchange server. we are unable to search any email in Outlook and also there is no Microsoft exchange search service available in services. 

Kindly give us a solution. our exchange version is 2013.

could you provide more details from event log. is this affect all mailboxes and database or just one user?

would be better by provide screenshot.
