Way to update one excel and 250 other update from that one

Hi to everyone
I have 250 external partners to send them different excel files two times per month, its a lot of job and i want a way to give then the same information with less work, is there a way to do it easier? Each file has a sheet with two pivot's with the number of the job's they done and the money they earn and i have a second sheet with raw data of the pivot, is there a way to update one excel and the other 250 update from that one; any other ideas? The excel file are in my one drive and they will see them online or in there mobile phones

Here is some information, I'm almost sure that there could also be ready-made solutions.

You just have to search the endless expanse of the Internet.

Or it could be made to order.

If you allow Excel for web, you will have to accept a number of restrictions.

Recommend you to get an O365 version.

Many possibilities with little money :)
