Use a define list as a input for dropdown box

Hello community, today i was trying to make a drop-down box using a define list, but i cant , it seems excel only admit range of values and not list as a input.

How can i make a drop-down box using a defined list as a input?

If i manage to do it, i wont be changing range of cell in case of new addition of elements on drop-down box.
