Timekeeping with RFID chips in Excel

Hi there.

I'm looking for some ideas and guidings or even working solutions for the toppic of timekeeping in Excel.

Scenario is:

Company with 20 employees. A notebook with a RFID-reader. Each employee gets a RFID chip.

Employee 1 arrives at work and clicks on a time in button on the notebook, puts its chip on the reader. Excel records the time in a table next to the employee's time in cell on the current date row.

Same way with the time out option.

I know how to calculate the working time with theses time stamps but I have no clue on how to get the time into the right place in the table by using an RFID chip.
