sparkline problem not displaying the right data only if range is cubic (ex: 3x3)

I'm creating sparklines from pivot table.

ex:

Sum of ChrisSum of FelixSum of JoeSum of Lio

5		10	9
6	1	12	3
7		6	3
4	2	7	4

if the sparkline is 4 by 1(by 2, or by 3), then it will give me the right data (vertical). if it's 4 by 4 then it's not the right data (horizontal) instead of vertical data. how can I fix this ?
