Replace cell date when using a tick box

I would need guidance on formula when box ticked the 2nd review date replaces review date column

whilst still allowing 2nd review date to up date by a formula already in the sheet which is 2nd and 3rd review update +120 from the review date

@Lori786 -While it may not be the most elegant solution, I'm hopeful it will be effective. I recommend duplicating your original list to prevent any issues with formula circular references.
