Read value of cell offset by 2 columns from todays date

Hi All

I have a very simple weight loss tracking sheet that is as follows:

Column A = list of dates from 1st Jan to 30 Dec

Column B = total number of days on diet (starting Jan1)

Column C = current weight - recorded daily

I would like to be able to put a summary at the top of the table that displays todays weight and number of days on the diet, I tried using OFFSET but couldn’t get it to work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

@Wiltron Please have a look at the attached file.I contains a table as you described with today's statistics above it. I demonstrate three different ways. Choose the one that suits you best.
