Power Query Vertical Sum

As you can see I have a bunch of the same items, with different quantities.

I need to sum up those quantities and have only e.g.:

Carrots 250

Books 5

Paper 100

Excetera.

Anybody can help? Thanks

Right-click on column [Item] > GroupBy... After that you should find your way
