Hi!
Can someone help me, please. I created a tracker that pulls information from an excel sheet (Master List) using Power Query. In power query editor, I only retained the NAME and PHONE NUMBER (columns) of our clients. After loading the two columns in the tracker, I then add 1 more column for STATUS where our boutiques can update the status of the client.
NAME | PHONE NUMBER | STATUS (added outside power query)
However after filling out the STATUS column with values like RECEIVED and CANCELLED and tried refreshing the Query, the position of RECEIVED and CANCELLED changes. Now the client who has a status of RECEIVED becomes CANCELLED. Every time I refresh, the STATUS values randomly moves.
Is there anyway to fix this?
Thank you!

Solution@marctimothy2023 Google for 'self referencing table power query' and you'll find the answer.
