Pivot don't refresh

I have pivot tables that have been working for quite a long time, we use models and we refresh only the data.

The pivot is refreshed when the document is opened, but for the past few days it has been necessary to press the "Update" button for the TCD to display the data.

The "Refresh on opening" option is activated.

Can you help me ?

Pivot won't refresh when i opened from Outlook, if i opened from my Destkop, pivot refresh.
