Organizing Data by date with multiple categories tied to each date (e.x: time, location, event)

I need to consolidate reports generated per employee of facility access times. the reports I get for each employee look like attachment #1. I need to take that data and consolidate it into a table formatted like attachment #2. The entries below each date are tied to the date above the entries, the office at the top of the table and the employee for each report.

@CTC-92895 That task seems to be something for Power Query. If you could upload some real files that would be helpful. Just replace confidential data or real people's name with some dummy data, but leave the structure of the files exactly as they are in reality.
