Need help with formatting a graph

Hello, 

I am trying to build a graph excel similar to the graph in the screen but I can't seem to figure out how. 

I just need the exact way its built, the only need for me to rebuild it is so I can present it in my company branding colors. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Recommend to select an image editing program like Paint or similar software

and create an image with those colors.

Then paste it as an image into Excel and rotate and flip it as you like.

Rotating cells is not provided in Excel (as far as I know).
