Name Manager comes with default/pre-loaded values every time I open a new document

Hi,

Every time I open a new document in Excel, the Name Manager comes preloaded with a bunch of random names and values that I don't use (see below):

Is there any way that to get rid of these formulas for good every time I open a new document? I have to manually delete formulas every time. All I am hoping for is a clean Name Manager every time I open a document!

Have you created a default template Book.xltx in your startup folder for Excel (usually %appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART) ?
