How to use Exel for a updating Price List

Hi there guys,

In my business I need to Manage bills through Excel, some times prices of the items update, I want them to not to effect on old bills but to new bills. Simply I want to Remove or freeze formulas after a certain date to prevent the older bills updating. Pls help me guys.

You can try this formula which compares the invoice date and the valid date of the price. Enter the formula with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office 365 or Excel for the web or Excel 2021.

In addition you can copy the prices of the old invoices and paste them as only values in order to remove the formulas.
