I have column F that is my IN date and column G is my OUT date. The dates change according to the last date the equipment was touched. How do I get excel to highlight the latest date between those columns. As well as run down the spread sheet rows 2 all the way down to the las

Even I could get it to highlight Column A, so I know what is out at a glance.

@jennifer03 This can be done through conditional formatting. Use the following rules.
Not sure what you want to do with column A though.
