help with conditional formatting

Hello, I need help with that :

"Use conditional formatting to highlight, with different colors: the prices in column 'arrondi sup' less than or equal to 3 euros, between 3 (excluding) and 5 euros, prices between 5 (excluding) and 10 euros, and prices beyond 10 euros."

I think I was able to do the first one but I don't know how to do the rest.

1. Create a rule for 'greater than' and value 10
2. Create a second rule for 'less than or equal to' and value 10
3. Create a third rule for 'less than or equal to' and value 5
4. Finally, create a fourth rule for 'less than or equal to' and value 3

If you create the rules in this order, the values should be highlighted correctly.
