I kindly ask for help top find out the mistake on this formula ->

SE(O8<=0,66;(2,5);(Se O8<=1,35;((-1,816*O8)+3,6957);1,25))

I tried to translate your formula to English here https://en.excel-translator.de/translator/ but faild. I guess it looks like

IF(O8<=0.66,2.5,(IF O8<=1.35,-1.816*O8+3.6957),1.25))

If so, correct formula will be

=IF(O8<=0.66,2.5,IF(O8<=1.35,-1.816*O8+3.6957,1.25))

You may translate it back to your locale on above site.
