Hi all, I just found a very unfortunate undocumented feature in excel. I have a protected worksheet with the following features: Select unlocked cells, Format cells, and Edit Objects all selected.
Edit Objects: I have shapes on the sheet that I want users to be able to edit and/or delete when necessary.
If I double click on a locked cell with a formula in it three times, it opens up for editing the formula in that cell, then I can select every cell on the sheet, locked or not.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and a workaround??
I really don't want people mucking around in my formulas
