Excel Suggestions for Viewing Rows on Spread sheet

Copper Contributor

I have a spread sheet of 2,500 rows with 15 columns of data, I need to go through each row line by line to look at the data has someone invented a way that when I am on a row the whole row is highlighted so that my eyes go in a straight line - then when I move down to the next line the line I was on goes back to being white and the new row is highlighted? Hope this makes sense.

Shift and SpaceBar will highlight a whole row

Also consider turning your data into a Table using Ctrl+t which then has alternate row colouring by default.

Thanks Wyn that is awesome you have just made my day!
