Excel Labs GenerativeAI Fails to start runtime enviroment

Soooo excited I turned on Excel Labs GenerativeAI entered API key and pasted example (the poem).

The status bar keeps showing

"Trwa uruchamianie środowiska uruchomieniwego dodatków. Poczekaj chwilę..." 

It translates roughly to 

"Starting addons runtime enviroment. Please wait..."

The formula (prompt) resolved to #N/D after a minute or two.

BTW - API key works - checked from python script

Please suggest a solution!

I'd suggest to find Excel Labs on GitHub and ask the question, more exactly report an issue, directly to the team.
