I have a a column that contains a manufature name code - manufature code.

examples

AAC - ADVANCED ARMAMENT CORP.

3MCO - VICTORY MARINE

I want to delet the code and only keep the manufacture name. 

Delete

AAC - 

3MCO - 

I want to keep 

ADVANCED ARMAMENT CORP.

VICTORY MARINE

How is the best way for me to do this?

The best way is to use the Text to Columns tool.
