Excel - 365 - autosave not working to the cloud

I have experienced saving issues recently. My files are synced to my OneDrive, and I always work with AutoSave ON.

 

Sometimes I see that my changes are not saved. I am not sure when exactly this happens, but one of my customers is suffering from the same problem. They use multiple files together, shared from OneDrive, and sometimes when they close the file one day, and open on the next day - the last changes are just not there. It seems to me that a recent update must have caused this, I also experience it since - well, let's say a month. I could not catch a pattern, so no clue if anything triggers this saving issue, but it is there for sure.

 

I have seen it under both, Business Standard and Enterprise licenses.

 

Has anyone else experienced the same?
