Create a shared excel but User must not see what other people wrote

Bonjour,

 

I want to create a basic shared Excel table (with 5 or 6 columns), so that users can fill it.

 

But my problem is that I only want the user to see an empty table when they connect to the Excel (and not the others answers).

 

And that I (the administrator) am the  only one capable of seeing all the answers in this Excel.
