  1. The employee comes late above 8:15 am  (For Late Comming 15 min is allowable) After 15 minutes only considered late comming.
  2. The employee is Absent "A-A"
  3. If the Employee is not Punching Either in the morning or Evening.

Please have a look at my examples of conditional formatting. Is that what you were looking for? If not, please contact me again.

@dscheikey  Thanks for the valuable support. It is working perfectly.

It is possible to find the Employees are late and not punching (in/out) using conditional formatting.

I am also struggling to find the count.

  1. Absent
  2. Late punching count.
  3. In/out Not punching properly count.
  4. Late punching and In / out Punching properly count.

I hope it fits!

is it possible to take the count in respective columns?

I have inserted the formulae. Are the results not correct? I think it should fit.

@dscheikey

Thanksgiving supports me.
