conditional formatting adjacent cells based on cell in middle

i have this school project and i made the conditional formatting for the middle cell but i do not know how to make the left and right adjacent cells match. i have to have this page as a grid consisting of 50x50px cells and i cannot figure out how to make this work. the cells adjacent to "in asteptare" should have the same colour as the middle cell that contains the centered text.
