Change time from 12 AM to 16 PM without disturbing the minutes and seconds

HiHi,

I would greatly appreciate any help if anyone knows how.

I want to change the time cells from being 12 AM to 16 PM without disturbing the minutes and seconds.

The time shows data for every half a second.

 

Does anyone know how to change that?

Is this enough information to help from me?

Try this one:

=TIME(16,HOUR(A2:A24),SECOND(A2:A24))

Or in place:

Enter 16:00:00 in a cell.

Select that cell and copy it.

Select the range with times.

Either right-click the selection and select Paste Special..., or click the lower half of the Paste button on the Home tab of the ribbon and select Paste Special...

Select Add, then click OK.

You can now clear the cell with 16:00:00.
