I'm using a tablet computer and have found I can no longer scroll by dragging a finger in a particular direction. The window moves down or across the sheet but bounces back to A1 as soon as the finger is lifted. Using the scroll bars on the touchscreen, I can scroll a few tens of rows or columns beyond the current range but that's all. Is this by design? I
