Ascending Cell
How do you move sells up without moving the Header Or Title Cell?

mgrannisny I suspect that you need to use "Freeze panes" (on the View ribbon). If keeps rows and/or columns visible while you scroll up/down and right/left in your sheet.
If not, please clarify what you mean by "move cells up without moving the header".
EDIT: Since you named your question "Ascending cell", perhaps you want to sort a column.
