If you are having trouble typing Arabic numbers in Excel, it might be related to the language settings or input method on your computer. Here are a few steps you can try to enable Arabic number input:

  1. Change the keyboard language:
    • Go to the Control Panel on your computer.
    • Select "Clock and Region" or "Region and Language."
    • Under the "Keyboards and Languages" or "Languages" tab, click on "Change keyboards" or "Change input methods."
    • Add the Arabic keyboard or language and set it as the default input method.
  2. Use the ALT key combination:
    • Press and hold the ALT key on your keyboard.
    • While holding the ALT key, type the corresponding numeric code for the Arabic number you want to enter using the numpad (numeric keypad) on the right side of your keyboard.
    • Release the ALT key, and the Arabic number should appear.
  3. Enable right-to-left text direction:
    • Select the cell or range of cells where you want to enter Arabic numbers.
    • Right-click and choose "Format Cells."
    • In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the Alignment tab.
    • Check the "Right-to-left" option under the Text Control section.
    • Click OK to apply the formatting.

By following these steps, you should be able to enter Arabic numbers in Excel. Remember to adjust the language and input settings on your computer to enable Arabic input properly.
