Alphabetizing excel spreadsheet from template

I downloaded a template to set up a spreadsheet for Address and Phone List.  The first two pages of data I put in are sorting alphabetically (A to Z) as requested.  But the following pages are no longer being included in the spreadsheet and are not included in the alphabetizing of my spreadsheet. Why did this stop? I didn't change anything. I'm only inputting my addresses and names and contacts. Please help!

As variant initially that is structured table and you added your data outside the table. If you share the file removing actual names it'll be easier to answer. Or at least template itself.
