Good day! I am currently using Microsoft Edge Version 83.0.478.61. Playing any videos gets me an Error Code of D7121-1331 which says "This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title, Which I already did, yet no change. Anybody else seeing this? How do I fix this error?

@andrey36912 Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the MSFT Edge Insider community! I have a couple of questions for you.

 

  1. Are you seeing the same error with any other MSFT Edge channels or versions?
  2. Are you trying to watch Netflix in 4K (Ultra HD)?
  3. If you haven't yet, can you please submit feedback and diagnostic data through the browser? (Shift+Alt+I)

@fawkes Thank you, but I reported the issue directly to netflix, and after three days, the issue has been fixed.

@andrey36912 Oh excellent, we're glad to hear that! I suspected it might have been on their end, but wanted to ensure that we still did due diligence in looking into it.
