Q: I have several Exchange servers around the world.  While I know I should apply the DST updates to all Exchange servers, do I need to run the rebasing tool against all Exchange server or just where DST changes?
A: You gather the information from servers.  But the Exchange tool ultimately runs against mailboxes.  The tool won't do anything to mailboxes that it determines are in time zones where the boundary dates haven't changed.  Therefore there would be no value in running the tool against those mailboxes.
