New Markdown web part

Just noticed a new Markdown web part. I don’t recall this one being announced!

I am quite sure I have been seething around, it got released along with the Hero web part if I recollect my memory. This is not available in On premise though
It was likely announced at Ignite. Here is their general help documentation for the web part using the Markdown language: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-the-markdown-web-part-6d73c06d-2877-4bc9-988b-f2896016c...

Hey I've been looking into this. I've found the help doc on the Markdown web part but it doesn't appear in my Web Parts list on my site pages. We're set up for Targeted Release (sharepoint online). Did this get pulled?

Yes, it use to appear for me, but now it has disappeared

Markdown works fine with me

We are currently working with the web part but cannot get images to work. Has anyone been successful with it? If so, can you please help with some details or code snippet?

example:

Does anyone know how to remove the borders when adding images in a column like the below using markdown:

|Social|
|-
|[![Facebook](https://imagelink/facebook.png)](http://facebook/cc) | [![LinkedIn](https://imagelink/linkedin.png/linkedin.png)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/XX) | [![Twitter](https://imagelink/twitter.png)](https://twitter.com/xx) |

Do you know if the caution, note, warning boxes will be available to the markdown at some point, like they do for the Microsoft Docs contribution? This would be great for doing internal help articles.
