Publish button not visible Modern sharepoint page
I have observed that sometimes while editing the page, the publish button disappears. I am seeing this issue very often. The button appears when you refresh the page. Is there something going around with the issue ? Is there anyone who is facing the same issue.Highlighted Content WP not working when modified by or created by is equal to current user

DC_Padur The use case is that , imagine a user is working on multiple sites , and multiple documents like Sales , Marketing. He just want to fav then document , so that it is available from any device and he can work on it later. Its like saving time from finding the document.
