I'm an Excel Novice, and need help with my company's bonus system.  I need it to allow a $300 bonus at $300k + x% of everything over 300k.  How would I write that?

Hi - Do you need a formula to allow you to accomplish this? If so, what is the need for conditional formatting per your subject? Thanks.

Hi - Regarding a formula, you can use an If statement. Please let me know if this works.
