Poly X50 with Teams

Hi,
I have brand new Poly X50 (3.2.3-280012) with MS Teams App (1449/1.0.96.2020102101) .
The first problem is I can not log in in to app. The app hangs on login process.
The second is I have some doubt about app functionality. I was expeting it would be similar to that what we have for example with web app. I saw official you tube https://youtu.be/69hdfz4Rt1I .
The problem is You can only change volume or join meeting 😞 .
Is there any way to run such basic features like starting meeting or invite other users ??

      ThereseSolimeno Reaching out to Polycom they say that the ball is in Microsofts yards since it's their application. Most functions are already available on X30/X50 per default, just not only in Teams.

        Mattias_Bilgerwuwik I am a product manager on Teams Rooms on Android, so I can help you solve these issues. 

        1. Could you expand on your login issues? What kind of account are you using? What license? Do you get any error?  Would you be comfortable creating a test account for me to check out what is happening? 

        2, Functionality on TC8 and Studio X devices. We are preparing a new update right now (current ETA is end of March). You can see the preview of what it contains here - Get started with Teams Rooms on Android - Office Support (microsoft.com)

    We also had an issue with version 3.3.2ver on a client's X50, had to roll back to 3.3.1ver. I'm wondering if the new version corrected the issue. When the unit connects into the TEAMS meeting, the other participants can't see their video as if the camera is off. If one other participants clicks on "pin video" of that X50, the video will suddenly show up.

    Hello Pavel Yurevich, is there any plan to have Remote calls and Camera view for remote support on those devices (poly x30, x50)? In Poly mode or device mode these features work fine, but in Teams mode - no remote troubleshooting is possible. Do you plan to add them in any future update? Thank you in advance!

      NoName_12345, not at this time. We are looking at it, but there is no clear ETA. 

      ktorpey Mobile casting works already. Desktop casting is going through internal testing right now, AFAIK. Sadly, I don't know the exact ETA.

        Pavel Yurevich greetings, I have a deployment with several x30s and x50s on teams that I'm trying to wirelessly cast to from Android and iOS. The problem I'm running to into is that they do not populate on anyone's phone or tablet. I've been through the settings front to back and can't seem to find a solution for. Any white papers or direction would be much appreciated. Thank you

    Pavel Yurevich We are also having access issues. We have a Federated tenant and cannot use our vanity domain to log into the Poly X-50 cameral. We can log into the Control box, but not the camera.
    When trying to log into the Poly X-50 camera, we are asked to enter the auth code from the screen. After entering the code, we are re-directed to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin
    We enter the tenant UPN for the TEAM room and the camera cycles through registering the device and then falls back to the screen requesting the auth code.
    We have submitted a Premier Support ticket but the ticket is bounced back and forth from TEAMS dedicated support to Premier.
    Getting a TEAM room configured seems to be more trouble than benefit.

      @Pavel Yurevich Hi, we have an audio issue hearing the remote end to our voice with poly x50 on MS Teams. The remote users complaining our voice is very low. I have switched to the Zoom meeting room and checked the call no issues with the audio, and the voice is very clear. only issues with MS teams. 

      The current Poly version: 4.0.1-380048 and MS Teams version: 1449/1.0.96.2023031201. We have around 11 Poly x50 in our office same issues for all the devices.
