I'm currently working in a project which requires the usage of meeting transcription files (not recordings!), and I couldn't find a foulder at OneDrive, or Sharepoint that contains the transcription files (.vtt), I know I can manually download it at the meeting recap but manually downloading it would make my project kinda pointless, is there any way that I can configure it to automatically save the transcription file at a folder like it happens with recordings? Thank you!Solved1.7KViews0likes3CommentsCalender for Vacation and for general overview of a team
Hi, we are using Teams since one week now and I´m searching for an way to implement an "vacation calender". To keep it simple I want that every user can use his personal calender in Outlook (Exchange). So in case a team member has holiday it should be added to the personal calender and this information I want to share in a general calender for the hole team. We have already a "Team" for all members of the team. Sorry as I´m new to Teams I don´t know how to implement.115KViews2likes5CommentsStill Cannot Bulk Add People or Groups in Team/Channel in 2026
It's 2026, still same issue. As a regular user/leader of a large team (hundreds of people), we still cannot bulk add people in Team/Channel. It's frustrating to add one people at a time. Greetings I have created a Teams group chat with 100 people. Now I have decided to create a Teams channel and move the discussion. How do I add all people from the old Teams group chat to the new Teams without having to manually lookup on the old group chat and invite them on the new Teams channel? I was wondering if there is a PowerShell to extract the email of all group chat users into a .csv. Later I can simply automatically use PowerShell to add them to the Teams. Any other creative solution is appreciatedSolved64KViews0likes8CommentsCommunities tab in Teams
Hi there I've recently had the Communities tab pop up in my Teams alongside the Teams and Channels tab. No one else in my organisation can see this yet and we aren't sure why. I know it's being rolled out on a timeline but I was also wondering if it might be because I'm the only one in the org who has an Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities licence? Does anyone have any insights into this? We'd like to make a bit of a roll out plan once this appears in our colleagues Team's set ups.164Views0likes2CommentsHow to Remove Teams Chat Threads with PowerShell
Sometimes, Microsoft 365 tenants need to remove problematic Teams chat threads from user view. The usual reason is because someone posted some bad or objectionable content to Teams. This article covers how to use Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK cmdlets to find chat threads, to check thread messages for targeted content, and to remove matching chat threads. The code can be run interactively by an administrator to clean up Teams. https://office365itpros.com/2026/06/15/delete-teams-chat-threads/29Views0likes0CommentsSharePoint document set as Teams Tab
I been testing adding folders as a team tab and these work fine. Also, adding a library that contains document set's also works fine and the document sets seem to browse and operate as expected. When adding a document set URL it produces the error below. The same exact process with a folder works. It's a bit surprising this does not work as the document sets do work when adding the entire library however a specific document set like adding a folder does not work. Any feedback is appreciated.3.8KViews0likes14CommentsHow to use the new Chats & Channels experience in Teams

I have already searched extensively but couldn't find any solutions that worked. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.
