We also had an issue with version 3.3.2ver on a client's X50, had to roll back to 3.3.1ver. I'm wondering if the new version corrected the issue. When the unit connects into the TEAMS meeting, the other participants can't see their video as if the camera is off. If one other participants clicks on "pin video" of that X50, the video will suddenly show up.

I would like to know if this issue is MS Teams Room Android Related or if it is a Poly X50 Android client integration related.
Just to understand if the different VC provider with X50, Logitech Rally, Yealink etc could have different issue with different HW!

Andrea PALAZZI It's Microsoft related. They need to support HDMI ingestion into their Android version of the Teams Room app. It's on their roadmap for many months and they keep pushing it forward. I think many of us are waiting for this to be released, finally. Feature ID: 66357
