Unable to see the Contract & custom Salesforce object records using Microsoft Copilot for Sales
Hi, We could see the Opportunity records of the Accounts from Salesforce on outlook using Microsoft CoPilot for Sales. But unable to see the Contract & custom Salesforce object records related to that account. We have provided all the required permissions to the objects (entities - Opportunity, Contract & custom objects) Via Permission Sets on Salesforce. Dear all, I'm new in the journey of A.I. knowledge and have some doubts: 1. When I buy a license of Microsoft Copilot, the Sales Copilot "feature" is included or do I need to buy two different licences/products? 2. Do I need to use Dynamics 365 or Salesforce to have the Sales Copilot? I use another CRM that have an API, is it possible to make Sales Copilot and my CRM work together? 3. If I can't integrate my CRM and the Sales Copilot, it still make sense to have it? Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that the msdyn_viva Power Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. Hi I have recently enabled Viva Sales within Outlook desktop, however the app will not load with a debugging error as below. Line: 76 Error: Office.js has not fully loaded. Your app must call "Office.onReady()" as part of it's loading sequence (or set the "Office.initialize" function). If your app has this functionality, try reloading this page. Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name).
