Unable to launch Salesforce Login Pop-up
I am facing the problem when I try to login from copilot for sales side panel. Please give an idea to fix it. Error Code below, it happens when I click sign in production in side panel beforce input user ID and pass. Hey friends and esteemed colleagues, Recently came across the January '24 CSP/NCE price list and noticed that Sales Copilot isn't there. Also noticed that I can't find it for manual purchase under M365 Admin in a tenant of mine. The SKU was definitely in the December '23 price list. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.Copilot for Sales Outlook addin error
I have admin-deployed Copilot for Sales via M365 Intergrated App process. After about a week, we started getting dozens of users with an error message in the sidepane within Outlook. It simply states "We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly." I have tried to compare users who have the issue vs users who don't have the issue, but they appear to be on the same versions of Outlook (16.0.17531.20152). The addin was deployed on May 9th and issues started coming in around May 20th and I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to some users error. What is also confusing is the addin technically "works", it just constantly is generating that error every time they open a new email
Can't create a meeting summary issue
We are working with one of our sales teams to evaluate Copilot for Sales. Everyone on the team is set up the same but one particular user is seeing the error message "Can't create a meeting summary". The Sales tab is visible in Teams and but had to be added manually. The other users had the Sales tab appear without any intervention and the Meeting Summaries are being created without any issue. Copilot for Sales works perfectly fine in Outlook and also Dynamics so I am stumped as to the issue. Hi, We could see the Opportunity records of the Accounts from Salesforce on outlook using Microsoft CoPilot for Sales. But unable to see the Contract & custom Salesforce object records related to that account. We have provided all the required permissions to the objects (entities - Opportunity, Contract & custom objects) Via Permission Sets on Salesforce.
