Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. Thank you, Nico
Add-in warning / "currently upgrading"
Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name). Curious if anyone is seeing this and/or has resolved it.
Cannot connect to my Dynamics 365 environment
Hi everyone, I cannot connect to my D365 CE environment within Outlook. Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-viva-sales-in-teams-04286b82-bdf8-4e37-94ce-be1943b2d6ea#bkmk_generatesummary seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that the msdyn_viva https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/sales/data-handling so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.
User getting msdyn_crmconnection permission error while opening in outlook
Admin deployed the viva sales app. but the user having sales person role already and trying to launch the viva sales addin but getting prvreadmsdyn_crmconenction you do not have permission to access msdyn_crmconnection recods. Reach out d365 admin.
