Sales Copilot not loading in the New Outlook
I am using the new Outlook v.1.2023.807.100
When loading Sales copilot
Then a blank panel
If I go to outlook.office.com the add-in loads properly
Can you advise if this is expected and how to troubleshoot?

SharmaNeeraj this video guide doesn't apply to the issue we are having. This bug is related to the Desktop Outlook Preview (2023). But good video for Admin trying to deploy the app.
Daniel Cohen-Dumani I'm also having this same issue, appears the plugin broke during the rebranding period and was googling the same issue, and here we both are lol.
Two options here, you can go back to Old Desktop Outlook app. Preview app been a bit buggy the last couple months, but each month is getting better and better. So if you don't want to deal with bugs might have to switch back. Or one way I just got it working was going to Windows Start Menu -> Settings -> Apps -> Installed -> Outlook (Preview) -> Advanced Settings and Repair. Repairing the app appears to get mine working again.

Thanks for the feedback, repairing did not help, I even try reset. I tried going back to the Old Outlook and switching back and this seems to have fixed the issue (For now at least).
