Salesforce connected app deployment
I'm trying to connect our Salesforce sandbox to the Copilot Sales app. I was able to log in and I can see the connected app and Copilot for Sales Integration User, but no permission sets. When the log in pop-up closes upon log-in, the Sales settings show that Salesforce is disconnected and when I reconnect, I see this error message: "Couldn’t complete the connected app deployment to Salesforce. Try again." I uninstalled the connected app in SF and started the process again and am getting the same results. I have a sales report that I would like to add a column to. I am trying out Copilot, and it cannot add the column in the matrix visual, even with the prompt I give it. If it can generate reports, why can't Copilot add a column when I ask it to? Example: Need to add a SKU column, which is on the semantic model in this matrix visual, but it says the following: I attempted to add the SKU field from the Sales & Sold Returns table to your matrix visual, placing it after Product Brand and before Item Name. However, the update did not succeed—SKU is still not appearing in the matrix. This may be due to a limitation in the current visual configuration or a technical restriction. Please verify that the SKU field is not already present elsewhere in the matrix, and that there are no restrictions on adding it. Hello, I'm trying to use Copilot for sales with Salesforce. I'm having trouble disconnecting an old connector that was setup by a Team member. The "Connected App" in Salesforce was deleted along with the SF user. I tried to create the same username and connected app in SF but still no luck. hello, I am trying to activate the Copilot for Sales agent for the first time. In the configuration, Leads and Account seem fine. When choosing the opportunity table I get a missing permissions error even though I confirmed the copilot user definitely has access to this table. Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. The problem is we can't get this working to begin with. I followed all the steps suggested in the MS documentation the app is deployed in Outlook/Teams, Copilot for Sales licensed is assigned, Power Platform trial environment is enabled and no DLP blocks configured for the Copilot for Sales apps, our Salesforce CRM connected app is approved for Power Platform and the test users are system administrators. After all that, we're still getting the errors below. Error from Outlook client and Teams client The licenses assigned to this user do not allow creation of a Trial environment.
