  • Hi, this sounds less like a CRM sandbox problem and more like licensing, preview availability, tenant configuration, or regional availability. I would first confirm that the user has the correct Copilot for Sales licensing and that the feature is enabled in the tenant/admin settings. If those look correct, Microsoft support should be able to confirm whether Sales Research Agent is available for your tenant and country

      Thank you Jamony​ .  I can access project sophia directly, but not from the CRM's Iframe. Does it requiere the same licensing?
