CRM - Sales Research Agent
Hello, I'm trying to access the Sales Research Agent at the CRM App (sandbox environment) but I can't access. I'm accessing from Uruguay, is it possible that my country is restricted?
Hi, this sounds less like a CRM sandbox problem and more like licensing, preview availability, tenant configuration, or regional availability. I would first confirm that the user has the correct Copilot for Sales licensing and that the feature is enabled in the tenant/admin settings. If those look correct, Microsoft support should be able to confirm whether Sales Research Agent is available for your tenant and country
Thank you Jamony . I can access project sophia directly, but not from the CRM's Iframe. Does it requiere the same licensing?
