Send rich text email notifications in Dynamics Sales
Dear All, I'm new to Dynamics Sales and this is my first post here. I have a requirement from my client to send rich text email notifications through a sequence in Dynamics Sales. However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications. Is there a way to enable rich text formatting for email notifications in Dynamics Sales, or are there any workarounds or third-party solutions that can achieve this? However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this. Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively.
