Optimizing Sales Processes: Integrating Copilot for Sales for renewal and Custom Salesforce Features
Hello everyone,
I've been striving to implement Copilot for Sales within our sales team.
However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this.
Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively.
